Our relationship with our self is so vital to finding Joy in our lives.  We teach others how to treat us by the way we treat ourselves.

I want to give you three simple tips to help improve your relationship with Self!!

  1. Schedule time in your day for you!!  Put yourself at the top of your to do list.  Do something that makes you smile. Schedule a massage or buy yourself flowers.  Go on a walk.  Take a bubble bath.  Sit down and enjoy a chapter of a juicy book.  Watch a movie.  It doesn’t have to cost money, just take some well needed YOU Time.
  2. Mirror work.  Take time to look in the mirror in the morning into your own beautiful eyes and say, I love you!  You’re amazing!  You’re beautiful!  Girl, you still got it going on!!  Whatever makes you smile.  It may not seem true at first, but the more you do it, the better you will feel.  Remember, we teach others how to treat us by the way we treat ourselves.  Do you want your husband to say I love you more?  Say it to yourself first!!

Get more sleep!!  You need time to replenish your body and spirit.  You will be more on your A game if you are getting proper sleep.  If your energy is not renewed with enough sleep you are more likely to experience, depression, adrenal fatigue, and illness.
