Quick Review of what you will learn:

Step 1: Figure out what is going on in your mind- what stories are you telling?

Step 2: Change your story.  Flip those negative statements into positive ones and create positive affirmations.

Step 3: Add emotions to the list of affirmations and post the list on your mirror to say everyday.

Step 4: Look out for clues, that confirm your new story and congratulate yourself even on the baby steps- what we focus on expands.
