Prior to listening to the recording, please be sure to get a large glass of water, as energy is released on the vapor of a breath. Also grab a notebook and pen to write down your favorite affirmations and any thoughts or feelings you want to remember.
Be sure to set an intention prior to listening to the call. By this I mean, what do you want? Do you want clarity and a calm mind? Do you want better relationships? Do you need help clearing trauma, sorrow, pain? Decide ahead of time what you need from the call and have faith that you will get exactly what you are asking for.
